This is one of a set of four castings just back from the aluminum foundry. After they were cleaned up, three of these pieces were used to make final pattern plates for the cast iron castings for the compound.

The castings are back from the foundry. This picture shows one of each of the raw cast iron castings beside a partially machined casting.
