I wanted to build a 4' x 8' CNC router but I didn't have enough space in my shop. I decided on a 4' x 6' router, that way I could still handle a 4' x 8' sheet by indexing the cutting. However, I felt that I had better build a smaller router first to make sure that my building techniques were accurate enough. So on the CNC-Zone website I found a lot of helpful information.
